Converting between font formats

Altsoft Font Type Master allows you to convert fonts from one font format to another. Any correct Type1, Type2, TrueType, OpenType or Type42 font can be converted to any other of these formats.

To convert a font to another font format you may choose "Save As..." in the "File" menu:

The conversion is done without any loss of information whenever it is possible. For example, Type1 fonts can be converted to OpenType format with CFF table for glyph outlines, which preserves all outlines data together with hinting information.
