The maximum response time for bug reports is three working days. During this period your bug will be reviewed and submitted to the bug tracking system. You will receive information about the date of the next maintenance build with the bug fix and a workaround (if possible).
All server editions of our products include 1 year of support. In order to extend your support period please contact our sales department.
